The reason I post this is because the TRUTH is truly unwanted not only in the world and of the world but in ALL the church structures of men today!
Ga 4:16 Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth? Ga 5:7 Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth? Ga 3:1 ¶ O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? Ga 3:2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Ga 3:3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? Ga 3:4 Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain. Joh 8:45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not. Joh 7:7 The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.
Now, I ask was there ever a time the world was ever more evil than it is these days? Now, the only ones who will say it is not just have to be of it! Are you of it?
Jesus is telling us His Truth by His Word and wants to dwell within by His Spirit to guide ALL into ALL Truth and men will not, but the rather they would be led of men and the authority of a church structure which has no authority UNLESS it teaches His Truth. Far, far too much error is being upheld and taught in them all!
So I with Paul ask, am I an enemy because I tell you the Truth. The Truth cannot be refuted and invites investigation and is not afraid of their faces or their pens.
Jer 1:8 Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.
Mt 10:26Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. Mt 10:27What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. Mt 10:28And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
We for the most part refuse to seemingly stand alone if need be and follow only Him the one and only safe way and path!
But for me, he who is with the Word and Jesus Christ is in the majority as following men is that wide and broad road to destruction.

It is my experience that there is only so much you can say to people who are not willing to hear. Recently, I tried to discuss a very important matter with a family member (forgiveness and reconciliation). The person was not listening so I had to leave it with God.
Also, it is very easy to discuss religion with family members but necessarily discuss their personal relationship with Jesus. I guess because we are extra close to family we are not always the best people to share truth. It is difficult when we perceive more a spirit of error than a spirit of truth in our families, especially when you have had truth in common in the past.
I don't wish to enter the debate regarding church institutions and truth. I'm viewing this topic at a interpersonal level. Thank you for sharing.
Shireen, I especially share the concern of getting my children seeing through the "new theology" of salvation. It seems they have from various teachers in the church structure and academy that Jesus done it all for them. Yes that He did ALL the fight and He fulfilled the law for them, that the law no longer needs be the schoolmaster to point out error in their lives.
True we can not do anything without Him within us and I know that better than most I am sure as I have really been a "rounder" in my past life. It is true we cannot put away continuing is sin without Him. I have learned the hard way He is my strength and stay and quickening to see and understand and sort out truth from error. He enables ALL who will come and surrender ALL!

We are in a war and as one of His soldiers we must fight the good fight.
1Ti 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
