Christian Brothers we need get out and be on fire of His Spirit. Things it is easily seen are coming to a close and we MUST be witnessing used of His Spirit!
"We have before us a great work. False teachers will preach false theories. They do not desire the truth. They are afraid to have the truth presented to the people. They do not want the facts to appear as they are given in the Word of God. Let all who believe the third angel's message take up the work that God has committed to them. Let them seek to realize its greatness and importance. Let believers do all in their power to arouse an interest in present truth in the neighborhood in which they live. Let all act an earnest, disinterested part. Some will labor in one way, and some in another; but all should do something. The books containing the reasons of our faith must be translated into all languages. This work must make more rapid progress than it has made. {RH, September 17, 1903 par. 4}
When we act our part with faithfulness, Christ will work with power upon minds. We are to be God's helping hand. We have no time to devote to self-pleasing. With freshness and power the truth for this time is to be presented to the people of the world. Christian workers are greatly needed. {RH, September 17, 1903 par. 5}
Joh 9:4I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work. Joh 9:5As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
Is not it the same for us as it was for Jesus?
1Jo 4:4 ¶ Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
Keep witnessing - it took ALL 120 folks from the upper room to turn Jerusalem upside down and fill it with present truth - not just the 11, not just Peter.
Go where God sends power for witnessing from, not to where Babylon sends gimmicks from.
Our witness must be clearly upheld by His Word and must be presented and in such a way that His Spirit will be in it. That means we must be moved and led of His Spirit of Truth to us.
Love for sure is the right motivation for pleasing God is a service of love from the heart.
If we do, He tells us,
Joh 14:15 ¶ If ye love me, keep my commandments.
Then what we preach will be as we do and not just as we say and His Spirit will be with it.
Our greatest witness is what we do and live and act out, one not fully one of His may as well save the breath.
1Pe 2:21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
