Making your own natural remedies for minor complaints can be easy, cheap and fun. But you must know exactly what youre using and how to use it. Im not against conventional medicine and its really important you get yourself diagnosed by a doctor before trying natural remedies.
A special edition, Grow Your Own Drugs for Christmas, focusing mostly on the applications of plants associated with the season such as holly, ivy, mistletoe and pine, aired on 16 December 2009.
A second series began airing on 23 March 2010.[2]"
Was just reading today in what is now called Spiritual Gifts Volume 4 how a lot of disease could be prevented or cured by fasting, correct use of water, simple diet, and cleanliness.
If people had self-control, a lot of the health problems would be avoided.
Still, it's good to see people like this Mr. Wong who look for simple ways to help heal the body. Thanks for the post, Ed
Cayenne and Garlic are tops and if it weren't for cayenne I wouldn't be here today. In winter grow broccoli sprouts, extremely nutritious. I do back to eden type gardening, wonderful way.
A total raw food diet has delivered many caught in a hopeless case. Good clean organic, not radiated. Raw cabbage may be about the best probiotic out there!
a great film 'Back to Eden' and trying to use those methods as of last year and looking forward to the next planting season to do an even better job of it...
