Europe has been suffering the worst weather conditions for a very long time, and very many will not even remember a winter as bad as this one. A lot of people have died as a result.
I commented today on a weather news report on one of the well-known web browsers, and said that the, for many people, unprecedented winter conditions show evidence of a chaotic condition in the high upper atmosaphere,--the place where our weather is "born".
I said that according to my understanding of things I believed that America's haarp project (for weather control and other things) was the most likely cause. "Clever" people are playing with things that they don't fully understand or know about as far as the long-term effects are cxoncerned!
Their powerful electronic-beam activities that disturb the ionosphere have most likely got "out-of-hand" and gone "haywire", and those who do all that don't have a clue as to what the long-term effects of their project will be. They are playing with God's created elements and in doing so they are in fact trying to be wiser than God!!
I posted my comments, and lo! can you believe it, a few minutes later the comments had been deleted and could not be found!!
So much for free-expression in today's world!! It about does not exist anymore, or so it seems!!
I studied about HAARP over 20 years ago. In the 80s i got conspiracy-themed material from fellow Seventh-day Adventists regarding the Woodpecker signal coming from the then Soviet Union. This HAARP project was then reputed to be America's response to that. Now that the Soviet Union is defunct, you don't hear that conspiracy angle anymore.
What is true, and what is not, i don't know, but i do agree with the Wikipedia article that says:

The fact is, that weather/climate has been changing every single day this world has been around since Noah's Flood.
It is interesting to see that things we humans don't understand, we like to put some kind of bad "spin" on it. I can remember when (and even some today), people were saying that microwave machines were going to sterilize everybody, or destroy our nutrition etc.
Even so, I believe the saying that "there's no smoke without a fire"!!
Look at 9/11 facts and official reports and see the big anomalies that just don't add up.
All the factual and reliable reports given at the time and never repeated in the news must show that there has been a "cover up" and suppression of the truth that "authorities" used to prevent the truth coming out!!
God's Spirit will be pulling away from the earth and Satan will be allowed more and more power to deceive and cause destruction. This is the understanding that I've been led to believe as I read SOP.

I really don't know who caused Katrina - was it God's direct doing as a punishment? I believe that to be the case, but it is possible that Satan was allowed by God to work too, as he has been given dominion of this world by our forefathers, and is allowed to work to a certain extent, "imparting a deadly taint to the air" for example.
It is head-scratching to me tho, to hear after every natural disaster that this shows Jesus' coming is near. Actually, it is documented that more people died from natural disasters in the past, than now.
Then, in the last 20 years or so, it has become trendy to blame "evil governments" for natural calamities. Without proof, that accusation goes against the Bible's injunction to "honor the king".
