Bonus questions: "The Lord has shown me", and "I saw" are phrases that show what about the author? Why did God have the good angels physically drive the bad ones out of heaven?
1/ The Lord gave the author a vision, therefore, the author is a prophetess.
2/ those who were submissive to [the Son of Gods] will the good and true angels prevailed (2) The good angels were submissive to the Son of Gods will. They were given the opportunity to demonstrate their submission to Him by fighting on His behalf.

What is so encouraging, is that in the answers here, there is no "but".  Very few people actually read this book as words from God.

The answer to #7 question you have is in this paragraph # 2.

Sorry my first response was not as detailed as i should have made it.

#7 answers:
Yes.  "all the angels were summoned to appear before the Father, to have their cases decided".  "Satan, with his followers, was driven from heaven"

#8. The answer should be "Satan, with his followers, was driven from heaven".

#11. The answer should be "still work against God's government"
