I saw the video, Gibs. As expected, the title is false. There is some truth in the video tho.
The facts of the matter are: In 2008 the DHS created for itself the right to search anyone's electronic equipment without a warrant anywhere within 100 miles of the US border. This covers almost 2/3 of the US population. While i do believe that to be unconstitutional and think they should change that bad law, that law has NOTHING to do with Christians per se. Of course we can see how something like this law can easily be used in the future against true Christians who wish to honor God by worshipping on his holy, 7th day.
So this video is promoting some truth by promoting falsehood. This is very dangerous. Many honest-in-heart, thinking people will easily see that this video title is false, and so will naturally believe that all Christians talking about coming persecution are crazy. It is similar to nearly all conspiracy theories - they yell "wolf" when they see a butterfly, so that when the real wolf comes, no one pays them any attention.
I think we will find that it will turn on a certain brand of Christian, the True Christian and not what this world considers "orthodox" Christians. We must remember who the enmity is against.
