So true webmaster!!! I was thinking of Ezekiel 8 and 9 too.

Ezekiel 8:6: He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? even the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations.

In these last days we are spiritual Israel but unfortunately we are not free from the same abominations that they committed way back then. There is nothing new under the sun.... *sigh**cry*

WE are right on the edge of something big and we all must come out of the world and go back to the old ways... Jeremiah 6:16: Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.

Well, Ezekiel 9 will be fulfilled literally, according to the words given to Ellen White.  Satan has tried to divert peoples' minds from this, by raising up the Branch Davidians who claim that THEY will be the ones to physically go thru with a sword and kill all the evil SDA leaders.  But their misapplying the prophecy does not make it any less true.  Yes, it will happen literally - our SDA leaders who are evil (thankfully not all are!) will be slaughtered.  Ellen White goes on to write that chapters 10 and 11 of Ezekiel also hold much instruction for us in the last days.

But this idea of Psalms applying all to the 144,000, this is something i have never read or heard anywhere.  Do you think it could be true?  I admit, there are 3 or 4 places in Psalms where it doesn't look like it can fit, but amazingly, even in those places, it may be telling us something new about God and Jesus and us who live in the last days.

Do you think it could really happen - that all the SDA churches get burned down?  I definitely do.

For a side subject:
Hyveth Williams?  I only know what is on the internet about her.  My first introduction was thru a Waymarks by Vance Ferrell several years ago, but as you know if you read this earlysda.com site, Vance Ferrell is sometimes very mistaken. 

But from his newsletter that you kindly linked to, it looks like he is just quoting from Mrs. Williams' sermon.  I just looked at her web page when doing research to answer you, and see that she had divinity degrees etc. from Sunday-church institutions.  Also, there is nothing pointing people to read the Bible or SOP, and it is very egotistical, with a press release etc.  After seeing her site i quickly wrote my friend in Papua New Guinea, as she is slated to speak at the large SDA university there starting tomorrow!
