I have thought about this a long time. I think that Satan will somehow bring Thomas Paine's writings back to the forefront. With all this Harry Potter stuff for the kids and now the Da Vinci Code book/movie for the adults, I think soon someone will publish some work about Thomas Paine. It may become very popular and also made into a movie.
I don't think he will be resurrected as I don't think Satan is allowed enough power to do this. Although we know T. Paine will be in the second resurrection.

1: The Holy Spirit had Ellen White write this in chapter 30 about Thomas Paine to specifically warn someone around that 1858- timeframe who was being influenced by Thomas Paine's writings to stop following them.
2: At the end days Satan will physically make it appear that Thomas Paine will come back from heaven. Of course this would be thru the work of his evil angels.
The more i study this, the more i'm convinced that #2 is what the Lord is trying to tell us. You see, Satan will make the holy apostles (Peter, Paul, John etc.) appear near the end time, and he will also make some very wicked people appear, showing that all have come down from heaven. This will surely lay the groundwork for the culmination of his delusions - his appearance pretending to be Jesus Christ coming down from heaven.
That would be interesting if Satan lays the groundwork for the groundwork by making a movie or something about Thomas Paine to get people interested in talking about/to him.
It looks like Satan will do Revelation 12 literally in the sky. I don't think he himself will do Mary, but yes, a huge Mary in the sky will be a great sign in the heavens someday.
